Service Description

Art journaling is a versatile tool for inspiring creative self expression. Our therapeutic art coach uses art journaling as an early intervention to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and emotional issues. Having a special place to express yourself freely and creatively helps develop confidence, self awareness and mindfulness. We provide a safe and cathartic space to communicate and create by using art and words to process thoughts and emotions. The groups are guided step by step through the stages of artful journaling and emotional expression.
